About Us

ItemEyes Inventories are property inventory specialists operating across Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and South Wales.

ItemEyes was founded by Jack Donovan, who has over 10 years industry knowledge, having started his training as an inventory clerk at a family-run company when he was just 16.

Jack wanted to start a company which focuses on attention to detail and on delivering trusted, reliable customer service to ensure the best possible service to all our clients.

We take pride in providing our clients with comprehensive and detailed reports that accurately reflect the true condition of their properties.

We strive to build lasting partnerships with our clients by providing exceptional customer service and communication throughout the inventory process. We understand that every client has unique needs and requirements, which is why we take the time to listen and tailor our services accordingly.

Industry Best Practice

ItemEyes Inventories are members of a number of industry associations, to ensure we always deliver an industry best practice service to all our clients.
The AIIC was established in 1994 and inaugurated in 1996 to aid the rental market. The AIIC ensures Landlords, Tenants and Agents in the UK understand how Inventory Clerks can help provide a wide range of services to protect themselves or their clients.

The AIIC offers help to Inventory Clerks and provides a service to them, as professional Inventory companies like ItemEyes Inventories previously had no organisation to turn to for advice and guidance.
The Property Redress Scheme (PRS) is authorised by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute and is one of the three government-authorised schemes which all sales and letting agents must be a member of. The scheme is also open to all property professionals, such as Inventory Clerks.

Membership of the scheme is mandatory for sales and letting agents, but voluntary for other property professionals at the moment.
